HTLab s.r.l. was founded in 2000 as a spin-off company of an important Italian private informatics group, to respond to an ICT market in continuous evolution.

The main goal is to become an active company in the field of the production and development of hardware e software components.
The founders have promoted a constant growth and development process, taking also advantage from financial benefits that have been offered in some areas in the country.

During the time from 2002 to 2005, the company started an informatics competence center for the realization of hardware stations and the related software, achieving this way a remarkable innovation of product and process.
